Who reviews my intake?

Every intake is reviewed by a licensed, board certified herbalist before your first shipment. Both halves of that credential are earned separately. Board certification in Chinese Herbal Medicine comes from the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM), the national credentialing body for the profession, formerly known as the NCCAOM. It requires graduate-level training in Chinese Herbal Medicine at an accredited program, supervised clinical hours, and passing national board examinations covering herbology and biomedicine. Licensure comes from the state and requires that board certification along with ongoing continuing education to maintain it. This is the same credential standard that state licensing boards use to regulate the profession. The review confirms your match and screens your health history, medications, and allergies. It is a fulfillment safeguard, not medical care, and it does not replace your doctor.
